1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and using any products from Lenco Solutions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any laws applicable to the use of our products in your region.
2. Use of Products
Our products are designed for personal transportation and recreational use. You are prohibited from using our products on public roads unless local law permits. Always adhere to local regulations and laws when using Lenco Solutions products.
3. Safety Requirements
For your safety, it is mandatory to wear a helmet, elbow and knee pads, and wrist guards while operating any of our products. Lenco Solutions is not liable for any injury or damages caused by the failure to follow these safety precautions.
4. Open Source Software
The software provided with our products is open source. Altering the software is at your own risk and may lead to hardware damage. Any such damage caused by software modifications will void the warranty.
5. Warranty
Lenco Solutions products come with a 2-year warranty, which covers defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from user error as detailed in the product manual.
6. Privacy Policy
At Lenco Solutions, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers’ personal information. The purpose of this policy is to inform you about how we handle your personal data when you use our products or services.

7. Water Exposure
Our products are designed to withstand minor water exposure; however, they are not waterproof. Do not operate our products in the rain or on the beach. Damage caused by such use is not covered under warranty.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays. Lenco Solutions will notify customers of any significant delays but such delays will not warrant cancellation of the order.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lenco Solutions is not liable for any repercussions, including personal injury or worse, resulting from the use of our products. Ride responsibly and with due regard for your safety and the safety of others.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Lenco Solutions reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
12. Demo Vehicle Use
**Assumption of Risk**: By using a demo vehicle provided by Lenco Solutions, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with the operation of self-balancing electric vehicles. You assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or any third parties as a result of participating in the demo vehicle activity. **Waiver of Liability**: You agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lenco Solutions, its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by you or any third parties while participating in such activity, or while in, on or around the demo vehicle premises where the activity is being conducted, even if the loss, damage, injury, or death is caused by the negligence of the releasees. **Indemnification**: You further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that Releasees may incur due to your participation in said activities, whether caused by negligence of Releasees or otherwise. **Acknowledgment of Understanding**: You acknowledge that you have read this waiver of liability and fully understand its terms, and you understand that you are giving up substantial rights, including your right to sue. You acknowledge that you are signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by your signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. **Acceptance**: By signing a copy of these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read and understood this section and agree to all its terms. You agree that this waiver of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of Europe and that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.
13. Return Policy
Lenco Solutions offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following conditions: – **Condition of Returned Product**: The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. This includes all original packaging, parts, and documentation. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund. – **Return Shipping Costs**: The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. – **Return Process**: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lencosolutions.nl with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. – **Refund Processing**: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product in good condition. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. – **Exceptions**: This return policy does not apply to products damaged through misuse, accident, or alteration. Please note that this return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Lenco Solutions. Products purchased through third-party retailers are subject to the retailer’s return policy.
